• Registration starting 8:00 am - Player Meeting: 9:00 am
  
  

• Two Rounds of 18, with lunch on your own between rounds
  
  

• Awards in all Divisions – Side Games
  
  

• Custom club-stamp disc included with entry
  
  

• Divisions & Fees: Pro: $25, Am. Advanced & Intermediate $20, Rec. Men, Women, Juniors: $15 (Non- PDGA members add $10 except Juniors)

Sunday, Oct 10 – Match Play Championship! Omaha Park - 9am registration, 10am start – Cost is $5. This is a fun and unique event, open to the first 16 to register. Players are seeded into brackets and handicapped - Double- elimination.
